Who is Blue?
Blue has been teaching guitar lessons for over 16 years from his studio in East Vancouver. He specializes in teaching intermediate levels in the rock, blues, folk, and country genres.
He is the author of three guitar instructional books including "Guitar Soloing Like a Pro" available on Amazon.
His YouTube channel, GuitarLessonsVancouver, has exploded since he started posting regular guitar lesson videos in September of 2022.
He now runs a popular Patreon group with hundreds of guitar lesson videos, tabs, jam tracks, and more.
Performance highlights include touring Western Canada with Taylor-Rae, performing on the main stage at the Boots & Hearts Festival, Vancouver Jazz Festival, SunFest, Calgary Stampede, Vogue Theatre (Vancouver), the Burlesque Hall of Fame (Las Vegas), Maple Ridge Jazz Festival, The Cellar Jazz Club (Vancouver).
Blue also has a long history in the writing and publishing world. He continues to help clients with editing and proofreading for all kinds of texts, documents and more from his other business Morris Editing and Proofreading. He has written and published four books on guitar.
