Eagles - Take It Easy

I'm a big fan of the country-rock scene from California and this one is a classic. What an amazing intro. Three simple guitar chords but with voicings that make it so memorable we recognize it as soon as it begins.

One of these days I'm going to make a trip to see that statue of Glenn Frey "standing on a corner in Winslow Arizona..."

Here's how to play those opening three chords. You have to hold the first G chord with the 2nd, 3rd and pinky, but otherwise the usual frets: 320003. Then the Am7 becomes x02013 with the pinky staying on the top string, third fret. Finally, the D7sus4 is x00213, again pinky stays in place and now the first finger too.
